Founded in 2008 by Mamdouh Farag, Cairo, Egypt, OCE Architects is a leading international architecture practice that tries to distinguish itself globally with intelligent, innovative and visionary projects that include Architecture designs, urban design, Landscape architecture, Structural design, MEB, Interior design, Sustainable design, Parametric design and Daylight design and analysis.
OCE utilized traditional approach in architectural design but now approach to utilizing digital tools and technologies, contemporary theory, innovative building practices, intelligent building practice and advancements in engineering solutions and environmental sustainability have afforded the new practice a broad and powerful perspective on all aspects related to architecture.

Mamdouh Farag, founded the studio in Cairo in 2008. Working closely with clients and experienced senior architects he leads a talented hand-picked internal design team in realizing unique creative visions for each individual project. With over ten years of experience in leading design teams from conceptual sketches to build realization.
Mamdouh Farag Teaching architecture design more than ten years in school of architecture Cairo University, Helwan University, Fayoum University and MSA university. starting from 2003 up to present, He received Ph.D. Architecture Philosophy, December 2015, in the field of "Natural daylight analysis using parametric design methods" and Master degree of architecture design, December 2008, Cairo University in Cairo.
In the field of " Proportion in architecture between human mind and computer applications" He searching and seek to find a new architecture manifesto based on new computational and contemporary architecture with respect to the Islamic and Arab Middle East culture.
